The centre comprises of a racetrack configuration with a main central court featuring a food court at the lower level and restaurant/ family dining and entertainment area at the upper level. Secondary double volume courts at mall intersections will further enhance the shopper experience and connectivity between both levels. The main atrium is placed asymmetrically and forms a triple volume opening on to the entertainment area which will be animated by a spectacular roof light and crisscrossing bridges.

Due to the location of the site, Masingita City Mall will provide a dynamic shopping experience on a multi-cultural level connecting communities such as Soweto, Lenasia, Westonaria and Randfontein. I am looking forward to participate in this Development as the resident of Protea Glen. This will make our place to be more attractive for people to come and be the residents.
